GRUMPY GIT PRODUCTIONS - RAILWAY FILMS
Welcome to the world of Grumpy Git Productions. We have created a number of films featuring steam and diesel traction, plus additional films featuring a variety of transport from trams to ships. Each film is accompanied with an interesting and relevant musical soundtrack.

The purpose of this film was to recreate the spectacle of the famous railway scenes in 'Murder on The Orient Express'. The budget wouldn't stretch to Istanbul, so we went to Peterborough instead and shot this on The Nene Valley Railway.

Deltic D9009 Alycidon spent the summer working on the Nene Valley Railway. This film documents some of the highlights of the visit, and gives the loco a rousing send off to mark her departure from the railway.

The Nene Valley Railway re-created the last days of steam and the dawn of the diesel during this spectacular gala in October 2009.

An early Grumpy Git Productions film that set out to recreate the atmosphere of British Railways promotional films of the 1950's.

A good selection of modern and heritage diesels in action at The Nene Valley Diesel Gala, Autumn 2009.

Something different - a World War 2 re-enactment day, complete with an exciting gun battle on the train!
